Point Blank: The DJ Poems

by Alan Minskoff

illustrated by Elizabeth Wolf

Point Blank

Eighteen poems exploring the loves, the lusts, the dreams, the screw-ups, the mind of a flawed-though-likable spirit named D.J., husband, father, gambler, ex-husband-x-four , who “views his isolation / like a country motel sign.” The poems tell the story of a life—from youth, to marriage, to fortunes, to death, to remembrance.

Each poem is beautifully illustrated with an exquisite postage stamp-sized pencil illustration by Boise artist Elizabeth Wolf.Alan Minskoff
